Freedom as the Object of Moral Philosophy Reflection

Abstract

The paper focuses on the phenomenon of freedom in the moral philosophy’s scope. Considering the relations of the inter-dependent phenomena of freedom, sanity, legality, justice and manageability through the prism of moral philosophy reflection, the author comes to the crucial distinction between the freedom of action and the freedom of will, that allows to formulate the regulations of the priority consideration of these two kinds of freedom for the moral philosophy research.
